Awabakal Language Team Media & Gallery
While Miromaa works nationally and internationally on Indigenous language conservation, our Awabakal Language Team is focused on the Newcastle & Lake Macquarie Region, delivering workshops, learning and community engagement.
We are always trying to connect with community, to build knowledge around Awabakal Language and Culture and connect local people to the history of this Country. Below is a gallery of just some of our work with community, showcasing the job we do and wish to continue doing in new and exciting ways.
